How We Do It

360 HCM connects with businesses to develop unique services targeting the working family caregiver.  By enhancing EAP programs and providing linkage to community services it enables families to find help with their caregiver journey.  In doing so, this enables them to work in a caring environment that supports and understands their role in providing care to a loved one. This helps them remain focused and engaged as an employee at work.  Supporting the working caregiver not only empowers them, but empowers the employer with a stronger, more dedicated workforce and offers a unique incentive for potential workforce recruitment.

Why You Should Contact Us

ELDERCARE is needed! According to the US Census Bureau, people over 65 years will soon outnumber those under 18 for the first time in U.S. History

Currently, 1 in 6 Americans work while caring for a disabled or elderly family member, friend, or relative and almost 47% are raising children during this same time. 70% of working caregivers have had their work suffer because of the struggles they face with balancing all the demands on their time and attention. For some caregivers it may be understanding the conditions and duties they are helping with at home and training helps empower their role. Others may need direction in reaching supportive services. Often caregivers lose many hours of work due to tardiness, time off, or inattentiveness which affects their financial situation. Others may be forced to turn down a promotion, special project, or even quit a job.
Caregivers who have access to wrap around services and support in their work environment are happier, healthier, and stay productive longer which is a benefit for employers. Finances improve for both the employer in the productivity area and the employee who will stay employed longer and see improved health with the reduction of stress.

Principal

I truly believe that through education, assistance, encouragement and compassion all families can thrive in any situation. My knowledge of community services, navigation of the healthcare industry and desire to educate allows me to passionately serve the families, businesses, communities and professionals I work with.

My personal journey of caring for aging family members and the need for dignity, grace, accuracy, compassion and guidance with my own family helps drive my creative direction. I strive to listen, advise and guide people gently on their own journey. I advise businesses on how to create caring assistance programs aimed at enriching employee lives, saving money, and enhancing the communities served.

My philosophy for life is meant to be lived daily by making a difference for those around you and having fun while you’re doing it! I am a seasoned Program Director with experience in program and training development, Care Adviser in the Aging and Healthcare Industry, and certified in multiple evidence based wellness education programs. My experience expands into adult education, fiscal and employee management, board development, fundraising, grant writing, and strategic planning. I enjoy planning and implementing small to large scale conferences, health fairs, and other events, while collaborating closely with the community being served.

Successes include development of an award winning, regional family caregiver program and launching the Northeast, Oklahoma Healthy Aging Initiative (OHAI) for The University of Oklahoma, Department of Geriatric Medicine. I have received personal and professional awards and spoke at multiple educational events that have been provided locally, regionally, statewide, and nationally.

I would love to be of assistance to you, your family or business and create results that make a difference.
